Get a free book at MAX (decent new stuff, not crap)

MAX 2007, Community participation, General 1 Comment »

… you can get a free book at MAX - great new titles from Peachpit and O’Reilly! All you have to do is talk to me for a few minutes about how you learn products, how you participate in the community to learn or help others learn (if you do participate - if not, no worries, and we want to know that too), about features you like on social community sites, that kind of thing. It won’t take long, and then you’ll get to select from a wide range of books and we’ll mail it to you.

So remember to find me - pictures of the shirt I’ll be wearing and my crummy mug are here:

I will try to be in the AIR bus area (by MAX store) between the end of the keynote and lunch tomorrow.

UPDATE!  I’m on one of the benches against the wall, across the way from AIR park. After you get off the escalators, look to your left for the girl in the “talk to me” tshirt, MacBook, and the pink flyer.

Community participation, News and events, General 7 Comments »

Do you have links to great tutorials and articles on web and video topics that use Adobe’s products? We might bookmark your work on our adobe del.icio.us account, talk about it on this blog, or even consider it for our gallery on the Design Center. For now, please send us your links on this page! In the future, we’ll have more details here about our template for submitting your own tutorials to the Adobe Design Center if you’re interested in doing so.

If you’re sending a link to your own tutorial for consideration, please make sure that you use an email address that you check and let us know which Adobe products you used! That email address won’t appear publicly in the comments below.

Note: We don’t always send personal responses to every message, but we do read each and every one of them and appreciate your input, feedback, participaction, and links.

Do you have some great motion design, illustration, animations, web site designs, video work, 3D work (and so on) that you’d like to share with us and the community? We might bookmark your work on our adobe del.icio.us account, talk about it on this blog, or even consider it for our gallery on the Design Center. Then send us some links to your work using the comment feature below. If you want your work considered for the gallery (and hence don’t mind being contacted by us), make sure to use an email account that you check when submitting a comment and let us know which Adobe products you used!

Thanks, and look forward to seeing your work!

Note: We don’t always send personal responses to every message, but we do read each and every one of them and appreciate your input, feedback, participaction, and links.
