Creating mobile content using Device Central, Illustrator, and Flash

Tutorials (Mobile and Devices), Mobile and Devices, Tutorials Add comments

Mike McHugh has released a tutorial that shows you how to use Illustrator CS3, Adobe Device Central CS3, and Flash Professional CS3 to create animations for display on cell phones. You create the document in Device Central, then move to Illustrator CS3 where you set it up to integrate with Flash, export as a SWF, modify in Flash, and then publish your work for a mobile device.

    Hi Stephen,

Thanks for the heads up. It looks like InformIT has recently updated their site - so hopefully it’s a temporary glitch that they’ll work out. Every link to this article that I can find seems to do the same. Will cross my fingers it reappears soon.
